Mothers Day is coming up FAST!! And if you need a last min way to brighten your mom’s morning, this is it. So first, I need to rant a little about breakfast in bed. Does anyone LIKE breakfast in bed?? Ha ha, there is something so gross to me about eating food in bed. Like eggs and syrup… I would rather eat that at a table then risk getting syrup on me or my clean sheets (ha ha or maybe I’m just a messy eater). SO I have the perfect solution… breakfast in bed, but smoothie style. I am 100% O.K. with drinking a smoothie in bed. Less messy, am I right?

I am slightly in love with my Vitamix, it seriously blends soooooo well, I could make smoothies and blend things all day long. I have the 7500 in white and I love the wider container and that its low profile and fits under cabinets.
Berry Best Mom Smoothie
-I Cup Raspberries
-1 Cup Strawberries
-1/2 cup greek Honey Yogurt
-1/4 cup Apple Juice (You can vary this, depending on how thick or creamy you want it)
Blend until smooth, serve and put in cute straw and Berry Best Mom printable.
Your Peachy Keen Smoothie
-2 Cups Frozen Peaches
(if Peaches are in season non frozen would be delicious, just do 1 1/2 cups and then 1 cup ice)
-1/4 Cup Frozen Pineapples
-1 Cup Greek Honey Yogurt
-1/2 Cup Apple Juice
Blend until smooth, serve with cute straw and Peachy Keen printable.
