TOP 10 POSTS OF 2017

It’s a new year and I love looking back, 2017 was a good year for the Tell Love and Party blog. I collaborated with Hallmark and helped design a series of cards for Valentines day, probably one of my most favorite collaborations to date. I attended ALT in Palm Springs which was a blast and I was able to meet so many amazing people, learn so much and help my business grow. And lastly I spent a good part of last year working with Alyson from Bash Studios on a whole blog redesign. Don’t you just love it!! It was such a fun experience and that is 100% because Alyson is AMAZING. It was a lot of work but so much fun!

There are lots of good things in store for this blog and business that have me soooo excited for 2018. I have learned a lot in the last year and continue to learn so much, but I am ready for lots of new ideas and changing things up.
Ready for the countdown!! I still laugh at #1….maybe I need to not do wrapping and birthdays anymore and change up everything. Here it is the top 10 posts of 2017!

10. Sunshine Birthday PartyThis was my LAST 1st birthday party of my 3 kids and it is one of my favorites. That bright yellow made the decorating that much more fun, it was a blast!

9. Black and Pink Baby ShowerThis shower was for one of my besties Tara! She is a BIG fan of black and white and was having a little girl so it was the perfect mix of pink with her signature colors. It was so funky and girly it was a favorite of mine.

8. Embroidery Gift Wrap
This was such a fun gift wrap DIY and I loved how it turned out! I love finding new fun ways to do gift wrap and was inspired to do these from the wrapped baskets I made a few years ago.

7. Printable Mothers Day Banners
Love free printables and you guys did too! This Mother’s Day printable banners turned out so cute.

6. 5 Minute Hanging Planter
I sure love a quick DIY and this one takes the cake for 2017. These hanging planters only cost $5 and takes 5 minutes to make, I say that is a win!

5. Painted IKEA Wood Boxes

I love an IKEA hack and this is the easiest one but sooooooo cute! These wood painted boxes can be used for so many things.

4. DIY Paper Party Cups
Party snacks have never looked cuter than in these DIY paper party cups!

3. DIY Small Storage Boxes
Any storage or organization DIY’s tends to rate pretty high and these are no exception! Also they are adorable, and that always helps.

2. Robot Costumes
Last years Halloween costumes were a hit for sure! I loved the colors sooooo much! By far our most colorful costumes and might be some of my favorites of all time….I mean look at that baby bot!!

1. Homemade Laundry Detergent

This was the top post of 2017 and I have to say its a good one!! This has to be the prettiest laundry soap ever to exist and it works amazing! It’s not a party, cake topper or craft ha ha but I love it all the same and you guys did too.
