TELL: Apple Tart (super DUPER easy apple tart)

After we went apple picking there was that one question…now what to do with all these apples?  I wasn’t sure I wanted to commit to a whole pie so I decided to tart it up.
This recipe is SO easy and SO yummy
Recipe:
(makes about 4 tarts)
Ingredients:
Puff pastry
2-3 Apples
1 cup brown sugar
1 lemon
powdered sugar
cream cheese
Cut one sheet of puff pasty into 4 equal square pieces
(dont let them get too warm or they start to get soggy, you can place back in freezer for a min if needed)
Cup apples into very thin slices
 Put apples in bowl
Squeeze half of lemon over apples
Then pour 1 cup of brown sugar into bowl, and mix it up until the juices start flowing.  Let sit for a few min.
Spread cream cheese in the middle of each piece of puff pasty
Place apples over cream cheese
Pop in the oven at 415 degrees for about 18-20 min
(just keep an eye on them and make sure they dont burn)
Take out.
Pour some of the sugar apple juice (what ever is left in the bowl) over each tart
Dust with powdered sugar
AND EAT!
