TELL: DIY JARS AND FOUR FUN WAYS TO USE

I’m all about versatility. Especially with apartment living, multifunctionality is key, and when I saw these jars, I just knew they would be perfect for so many things.
I partnered with HP X360 and Megan Trainor “That Bass Tour” to show you four fun and different ways you can use these DIY jars.  All inspired by the new HP x360 and its four versatile modes from notebook, tent, stand and tablet.
I bought these Ryssby jars from IKEA (they are not sold online but you can find them in store) and spray painted the tops with Metallic Gold spray paint.
I instantly fell in love. Here are four different and functional ways you can use them.   I kind of love all of them, which is your favorite?

1. BIRTHDAY PARTY-
These jars are perfect to display colorful candy, yummy cookies or other adorable treats for any party.
2.  GIFT WRAP-
I am always looking for ways to organize my crazy wrapping obsession, and I loved how cute and functional these are.
3.  SUMMER BBQ-
Summer time is meant for outdoor grilling, how perfect to hold either silverware, napkins or straws.
4.  BAKING SUPPLIES-
Tape on some labels using washi tape and you have yourself the most adorable and counter worthy flour and sugar jars.  These make me want to bake every day.
I am really loving the HP x360!  I have never been a person that brings their laptops places.  My old one always seemed so bulky and awkward so it just stayed in one room all the time.  It’s easy to use and SO versatile from its notebook mode, to stand, tent and then tablet.  It works for all situations which is so perfect for me and my little family.  I can watch a show with my boys in stand mode and then flip it to tablet and be snuggled up in my bed catching up on emails. I am bringing this computer everywhere, no joke.  Also stay tuned for more about Megan Trainor’s tour by checking out some behind the scene episodes.

    Oh Happy Dane

I love that you buy new jars and start out spraying it in a different color!! I do that too!! haha.. I’m totally in love with your labels!!! And the idea of taping them on with wash tape is great – I hang up pictures with washi tape!!!

Thanks!! I just bought the jars from IKEA and spray painted the tops gold. I linked to the spray paint and what the jars are called. The only thing you can do, if you want to or not, is I taped off the edge of the tops (the part that shows through the jars when they are on). But you could just spray the whole top it is just preference :) Hope you make them!

I’m totally going to do this exact thing for all my baking supplies! And my paper straws like you did in the St. Patty’s party post. So cute! Better run to IKEA today…
