Garlands are probably my most favorite party decor, they are just the best! They make such an impact and can be so simple to make. Whenever I plan a party I almost ALWAYS try to incorporate some sort of garland.
This DIY fiesta party garland is so perfect for cinco de mayo or any other fun colorful party. It’s easy, festive and you only need a few tools. So whether its for May 5th or any other date, this garland is all kinds of festive.
SUPPLIES
-Colored Paper
–Fringe Scissors
–Martha Stewart Circle Cutter
-Cut out different size circles with your circle cutter
-Take your fringe scissors and cut sections of your circles so it makes a pattern.
-Sew circles together
