DIY STAMPED BAT CANDLES

Halloween is almost here!! Where did the time go, I swear all the holidays seem to creep up on me these days.  So I’m sharing a SUPER DUPER easy Halloween DIY because there is always enough time to craft.  These stamped bat candles only take about 20 min and are dang cute!  They can be great table decor for a Halloween dinner, some fun party decorations or just something fun to add around the house and make it more festive.
So get crafting because Halloween isn’t complete without something covered in bats, am I right?

SUPPLIES
-Dollar Store Candles
Martha Stewart Adhesive Stencils
Black Craft Paint
Sponge Pouncers

These adhesive stencils are so amazing, they don’t loose their stickiness and are so great for stenciling things that aren’t flat.
Stick the stencil you want onto your candle.  It doesn’t matter if its glass or the actual candle the stencil will stick.
Take your foam pouncer and blot onto the stencil.  I used the smallest pouncer because I didn’t want my paint to get onto the candles.  Un-peal the stencil and repeat.  If you stencil gets a little too covered in paint just take a wet paper towel and clean it off.

These are too cute! And so easy to whip up – I think I’ll make some for my bathroom – it needs a little festive spookiness ;)
