GO-TO GIFTS AND DIY PARTY HATS

SUPPLIES
-Paper Party Hats
-Acrylic Paint
-Paint Brushes
-Dauber set
-Tissue Paper

-Paint the paper hat and then set out to let dry.
-Take your tissue paper.  Cut into strips and use THIS tutorial to create a tissue fringe for the top of the hat (minus the stick).
-Stick the tissue paper fringe into the top hole of the hat.  You may want to twist the end very tight so that it can fit.
-Tape down inside the hat.
-Take your dauber set and choose a size. Then dip in the paint and create small polka dots around the hat.
