Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Tarts
Delicious but not so nutritious…and I am OK with that!

chopping up some oh so tasty Dark Chocolate (my favorite)….
and the finished product YUM! I shaved a bit more chocolate on top and a little dollop of Whipped Cream
the Mousse tart is layered as listed…Bottom: cookie crumbs with melted butter
Mousse layer #1: Dark chocolate Mousse
Mousse layer #2: Peanut butter Mousse
Top: Glaze (which I didn’t do, but should have) Melted Chocolate,
or shaved chocolate and whipped cream
It was oh so good!! But if I could go back I would have made it in a different cup, the cookies were hard to get out of the glass
